Authentic Roman cooking and wonderful fish creations will be proposed by our cook Emiliana.

Our “tonnarelli allo scoglio” (a special kind of pasta cooked with sea-food) are able to help you forget about your mother in law sitting close to you! If you prefer meat and mountain smells our Mozzarella di Bufala” (buffalo mozzarella) prepared with particular San Daniele ham, or our special pasta with mushrooms from Soubrini’s Mountain (fettuccine ai funghi porcini)  are what you are looking for.

If you are watching your figure we have got special dishes such as our “linguine” with red peppers, aubergine, courgette and little pieces of parmesan.
